Gerry leads IDC's European CX Practice. His research includes CX platforms and design services, agile innovation, employee experience, CRM, analytics and smart personalisation, emotional engagement, customer adventures, customer success and customer loyalty.
Previously Gerry was a lead analyst at Ovum and Bloor Research. Prior to becoming an analyst Gerry was a CIM lecturer in strategic marketing management, a quality trainer, a Marketing Director at Hyperion and MicroStrategy, and an entrepreneur. Gerry is a CIM Fellow with a Level 7 professional post-graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a BA Hons Business Studies degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
